There appears to be no way for me to add an actual FAQ article/entry. I can create categories and canned responses.  No errors are presented on the page, but there are also no buttons or links to create a new FAQ item.System info:osTicket 1.10-rc3 Windows Server 2012 R2 / IIS 8.5PHP 5.5.11MySQL 5.5.44
