Hi guys,I have an issue and I could do with some help... We use OStickets so our clients can submit requests for help etc.Starting yesterday the tickets that were created no longer appeared in the ticket system or emails straight away like usual.Tickets seem to be coming through 10-20 minutes late of when they were created. In the ticket system you can see on the left most column that the created time was 15 for example but the ticket itself and email don't arrive until 15.It seems to be effecting the tickets as well as the email notifications.Has anyone had a similar issue or know what could be the reason?Thanks in advance!

Some extra information:Using SMTP for mail sending PHP 5.3Running Windows 10 on computers using the system.Gmail for emails.Staff side issue. OS Ticket: v1.9.12 (19292ad) ( Does appear to be an update ready)

So what was the issue?

The time was out on our side, had nothing to do with OS Ticket.Should of check this first before posting!
