Hello!I was wondering if it's possible to add a link to specific post in the ticket.Like on forums, so that agents and users can refer to specific post.

You can add any link you want in the ticket thread of any ticket you want that you have access to.

I ment link of the post not in the post aka permalink

Sure but Tickets are not public.  So only the ticket owner (or a collaborator or Agent) would be able to get to the target of the link.

It's the same with ticket themselves.User or agent needs to authenticate before being able to access them.
