Hi Guys I'm new to osticket - we are just starting out with it . using v1.9.14 So have noticed that osticket is attempting to process client names as the e-mails come in. e-mails are coming in in the following format " surname firstname ( organisation name ) "This is standard format for e-mails ending in @[deleted] The problem is that some organisations have a comma in the orgname so for example I am "cheema kiran (south, central and west CSU) "osticket seems to be breaking the name and transforming it to  " central and west CSU) cheema kiran (south,"is there any way of changeing this? is this something that can be done by creating a plugin? or is this process one that can be switched on or off depending on incoming client e-mail address? thanks in advance

I assume that this is part of the process for the system %firstname %Surname variable creation for use in the response templates?

You can try Admin panel -> Settings -> Default Name Formatting -> -- As Entered --
