When I select edit on a ticket to edit the main ticket details it will pull up the page but if I attempt to change anything and then hit save it comes up with a "HTTP ERROR 500"Has anyone seen this before?(v1.9.12)

My apologies, it was a missed required field that was causing the error.If you do not add a note as to why your editing the ticket it displays that error. This would be good to have a simple error that there is a field not filled verses a http error page.

You getting a 500 error sounds like a webserver misconfiguration, not a osTicket issue.  osTicket displays errors on required fields and has for years.
