Hi, If I drag and drop a document (picture, Word, Excel, etc.) from an email I always receive an error message saying "Your browser is not supported" (see attached picture). Tested with Chrome and IE. However, if I first save the document to my computer and then drag and drop it into the ticket then it works. Same document and everything. Is there some sort of formatting difference when the document is still in the email or is this an error in osTicket? Q: Is there some sort of formatting difference when the document is still in the email or is this an error in osTicket?A: Yes one is on the file system (and is the file type) and one is saved in an email (not as the file type).  You have to save it first to the HDD to attach it.  Or you could forward the email to the ticket system.
