I know I haven't been on the forums long, but was curious if they were writing towards removing globals and getting more towards MVC.  If they have done that, I didn't know, so please forgive my ignorance.  I know they devs are hard at work, and I am guessing have lives outside of osTicket and Open Source software.  I just didn't know the roadmap, if there is one.

The last version of the road map that was shared with me (was like two years ago at this point) is vastly out dated.  They do have one but its not public.
