Hi! I have an osTicket installation where I have 5 organizations each with several users. Also have multiple departments, each assigned to an organization.How can I set it up so that when the ticket is created from a certain organization, it goes to it's corresponding department?I thought of using filters, but the tickets are created only from the web form, so if I'm not mistaken the filters don't apply.

You would use Ticket Filters.
