I have the problem that osTicket sometimes can't geht the right recipient automaticly. In this cases I have to add the right recipient manual. Thats working very well. But I can't remove the wrong recipient???! I only can remove my manual added recipient but not the wrong first recipient neither I can change the email address of the first recipient. Anything other I can do?

I see. I missed something and I was not very clear with what my problem is.1. I'm using osTicket v1..9.122. oTicket isn't getting the wrong sender E-Mail. The e-Mail is just delivered from a portal who is replacing the real sender e-Mail with something like 23487233243-32234243@portal.com (like ebay, Amazon and so on are doing) and I have to edit it to send my answer directly to the guest.My fault was that I was trying to change the recipient address in the 'reply to' area with the dropdown list of the recipient. That was wrong. I have to edit the user in the top area of the ticket.BUT there also seem to be a bug:If I click at the user name in the top area of the ticket there is a dialog to change the user (Button 'Benutzer ändern'). Then button 'Neuen Benutzer hinzufügen'. Then I can choose a new existing User or add a new one. After pressing the button 'Fortfahren' the dialog is finished and noting has changed.I suppose by that I had the feeling it is not working.My workaroung now I to edit the '23487233243-32234243@portal.com' user completely. That works fine for me.
