I am using  v1.10 c of osticket, I just want to know how i attach document in knowledge base .

There is no such version of osTicket called "v1.10 c"Additionally 1.10dpr, 1.10rc1, and 1.10rc2 should not be used in production environments.You go to Knowledege Base -> FAQ -> click on the one you want to edit.Click on the Attachments Tab.  Drag and drop the file on the section of the screen where it says "Drop files here or choose them" or choose the file(s).
