The AD logon name would the same as the login name in osTicket.So... I'm not sure what you mean?

Then there is no way to do what you are asking with out using a custom field. (which you would then have to populate)  @[deleted] wrote a mod that populate fields from AD nightly so maybe that is the route that you would have to go.
