Howdy,I am having a problem with the email autoresponder, When I open a ticket as guest I don't get any emails on my inbox.I have enabled the autoresponder and I am using SMTP for email forwarding.Thank's in advance.

1. this is the section of the forums for 1.8.2. 1.6 reached end of life quite some time ago.3. you should upgrade.4. osTicket does not "forward emails"5.
