Hi all,Well it pretty much says it all in the title : I recently updated our OsTicket installation to 1.9.12 and since then we are unable to remove the 'overdue' tag from tickets we are still working on.While not completely paralyzing, it is pretty annoying for our staff.Did we miss anything in the update ?Thanks for your help !

Once a ticket is overdue... it's overdue.  I do not recall there ever being a way to remove this in the ui going all the way back to 1.6

If it is that annoying you can just turn the SLA to default and make sure no one sets a Due Date for the ticket.

or set an extremely long SLA (we use 1024 hours)

Huh, really ? I'm new at this company and the staff complained to me that they couldn't do it anymore, but I've never used Osticket before. Well thanks anyway guys !
