At first sry for my english.We have a Problem with our osTicket. When we assign a Ticket to a Team and then one Person of the team post a new reply, the Ticket is then asisgned to him. For Example:The Team is: rubert / stark / tonyWhen Tony posts a reply to the Ticket then under Assigned To is following information: Tony Stubert/ rubert / stark / tony. How is this a problem?Tickets can be assigned to an individual agent, and a department/team.

The problem is, that we only asign the Ticket to the Team. When an Agent replys to a ticket, the system automaticly assign the Ticket to the Agent that mades the reply. But we want to keep the Assignement for the Team.

Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> uncheck Claim on Response
