When fetching mail, the action can be selected by the administrator.

- no action

- Move mail to folder

- Delete mail

I have the mail fetching set to member only. But when an unknown user has sent an email, the mail does not create a ticket as expected but does get moved or delete. I would rather so the email be left untouched for normal handling. If the email has been fetched for know users, than it has to be moved or delete. But only when it has a ticket as a result.

Anyone has any ideas to get this done?

Have you gone to:Admin panel -> Settings -> Emailsand unchecked, Accept All Emails: Accept email from unknown Users.

yes, and i have set the email to be move to another folder. now the email from unknown user does not create a ticket, but it does get moved to the other folder. I don't want the email from unknown users to be moved, because there's no ticket, only the known user email that has created a ticket should be moved.
