Hi @[deleted]We have successfully installed osticket latest and we would like to configure it in a way that it pullsmails from a mailbox techsupport@mydomain.com where the users are sending technical issues bymail to.Our users should then get a mail reply like : Thank you, a new ticket has been opened.. and so onwhich should not be a big thing.But : There are also other contacts writing to this mail address, such as suppliers and partners whoshould not get a reply from the ticket system.Is it possible to configure osticket in a way that only messages from *@localdomain.com opne a ticketand get a reply ?Thanks in advance, cheershafnix
