Hi,when sending out notification mails I face the very odd problem that variables e.g. %{ticket.staff_link} are not expanded when I use them as link target like <a href="%{ticket.staff_link}">. If I use this variable inside the normal eMail text without a link, it gets expanded but not inside the link. Any ideas appreciated..TIASebastian
