Hi, I am using the latest version of Osticket 1.9.12. We are getting around 3000 tickets per month and I would like to archive older tickets, say for example tickets older than 6 months or so. Is there any provision to do so? If you have any sql query, that will also be fine.
There is no option to do this at this time using the ui.
Ya, I know there is no user interface for that. In the backend can we do that using any sql query. Has anybody done this?
