I was wondering if there is a way to remove the access link from an email. or even just forcing the user to log in using their email and ticket number to view the ticket thread. just so it stops anyone from clicking the link and it loading up the ticket thread for anyone to see. I have attached two screenshots of the two links that are inside the email

Edit your email templates.Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates
