I have OSticket 1.9.12 running on Server 2012r2 with Xampp 5.5.30The portal is setup but when I register a user a confirmation email never arrives. What is going on?-Dane

You haven't told us how you have email configured...Have they checked their spam filters?Have you confirmed that emails are going through the mail server?Do other emails go out?

OK, update, I have the email portion working. Now, I want to modify the registration email. Currently it reads the following:--Hi kate, We've created an account for you at our help desk at http://localhost/helpdesk. Please follow the link below to confirm your account and gain access to your tickets. http://localhost/helpdesk/pwreset.php?token=R0SBpIA5=tOvxVvjUxcXUN0FghuBm8OGIdsptfa8vYP0gggz Your friendly Customer Support System Butler Eagle--I want to change "localhost" to my server's name or IP so the link works. I opened up pwreset.php with notepad++ but I'm not sure what I should be changing or if I'm in the right place.
