Internal 500 error when creating Ticket

After year of using OSTICKET i get this error . can someone help me with this error. any insights? When i check the PHP error logs below is the error. PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method HtmlThreadBody:() in C:\xampp\htdocs\ticket\include\class.search.php on line 484

Version of osTicket?Version of PHP?Webserver?Have you upgraded recently?Did you clear your cache?This error doesn't appear to have anything to do with creating a ticket...so what part are you getting to?
