Hello. I'm finishing implementing osTicket and now want to make some final tests. I want to copy my "production" folder to a new folder and create a new DB based on the production one. My question is: where do I reconfigure the DB access information? Looked for the files to change but couldn't find: if someone can help I would appreciate. Thank you again.
