I just upgraded to the new 1.9.x release and i have a few problems.1. We only use this system internally to keep track of all RMA on all marketplaces. Since we only use it internally, we use the same email address when creating tickets. So all information changes per ticket (Name, subject, etc.) except the email address. After the update, all the names changed to a name i never created.2. the section for users cannot be edited, no matter what i try. how can i delete these users?3. I want a generic user that i can edit on the fly for each ticket. is this possible?Thanks everyone! I hope someone can help
