osTicket (v1.9.8.1)My clients all want the most recent messages on top. Currently, they all appear at the bottom; meaning every time a client clicks the link, in their email, to auto-view the ticket in a browser, they are forced to scroll to the bottom to view the most recent post/activity.Is there a way to switch this?

Is there a way to do that for only clients and not staff?Also, when I log on, as staff, my page jumps to the bottom of the page. How do I prevent that and or how do I force that to happen to clients too?
