Hi, i want to choose between 2 different forms when i create a new ticket!I have a form A - That should be for create new customers and i have form B - That should be for employeesi want to decide which from i want to use to create a new ticket! is that possible?

Not really.You could setup Help Topics and use it to add additional forms (one for staff one for clients)Admin panel -> Manage -> Help Topic -> Custom Form.But that would mean your help topics would be... limited.  Alternatively you could make all the help topics have two versions.  And internal one, and a public one.  The public ones would be used by clients.  The internal ones would be used by staff.OUTAGESOUTAGES - InternalEach help topic would have its own form.
