Hi.I've got a problem with configuration of osticket 1.9.12.Like in the attached pic.I can't chose and set default type of Ticket.Can you help me?

If you revert to English does it work?

Out of curiosity: Did you do a fresh install of 1.9.12 or an upgrade from an earlier version?
