Hi, someone know how to disable when a customer reply a closed ticket, this one don't reopened. it's annoying because when i finished the job i close the thicket and almost all customers replied with a "thank you" and that reopened the ticket and i have go back to the system and closed again.

Go to: Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket StatusClick on the Items tab Click on Properties  button to the right of Closed.untick "Allow Reopen"
