At first this feature might look like a waste of time, but here some of the examples where it would be very usefullWhen you reply to a ticket of client and get the typical OOF notification, it's easy to lost track of the ticket and the client be back.When you have a task that will only be able to complete/do in a future date/time.

I requested a similar feature. I wanted something like a ics calendar that can be connected to, to track all the scheduled tickets.
