This may be clearly obvious but is there any way to have a user's reply to a help ticket email turn into notes added into the ticket?That way, the user doesn't specifically have to go to the site to add their notes and replies to the ticket?

It seems like this isn't in effect under our installation. Can you perhaps provide the first place to look to troubleshoot?
