Hi, I've a question for you all...I want to send an automatic message everytime someone assign a ticket to himself or to another staff members...An email like: Your ticket has been submitted and it has been assigned to: *name*Like the email you receive when someone opens a ticket for you.It is possible? If yes, how? Thanks to all.

You could have the person thats doing it use a canned message.But other wise no, not to a client.There is also the Ticket Assignment Alert for agent, team, team lead, etc.

So there's no way to do it, for example, by editing some php files?At the end I think it's like the message you receive via email when someone reply to your ticket...

Sure you can do this by editing the PHP files, but as ntozier already said, not via the UI.

What is the file with the configuration of the emails sent automatically?

@[deleted] sorry for the delay but my MultiLDAP plugin my focus since its something that we use live in our environment it took precedent, one really annoying bug was fixed this weekend.I will be working on this since now that we us osticket on a  much larger scale its now on my list. Give me a few days when I stopped development it was actually pretty much done.All I need is cross a few I's and T's
