I am having a problem where Agents assigned to a team are not receiving New Ticket alert emails.
I have 4 agents; 3 are assigned to one department, the 4th to another. All 4 Agents are assigned to the same Team.
There is a Help Topic that is set to Auto-Assign the ticket to the Team, and link it to the Department that the 3 agents are assigned to.
When a ticket is created using this Help Topic, ONLY the 3 agents in the same Department are receiving the New Ticket email notification.
I thought assigning a ticket to a Team, would mean the Team would receive the email notification.
Is there a way to allow this to happen?
I am running Osticket 1.9.81
