So it seems to me that you are having two problems.1. you want alerts and notices to go to your admin user.  @[deleted] pointed you where to achieve this.2. you want emails to be sent as auto@ (and they are currently being sent as support@)?There are a number of ways that you can over ride this, but ultimately it boils down to your settings selected in Admin panel -> Settings -> Emails (or department settings).
