Hi guys,I have been a long term user since v1.6, and today I thought I would set a customer up with a trial of the hosted (paid) version of OS ticket - was feeling lazy. Having always run my own hosting, I wasn't sure what to expect. But WOW...It's fast - very fastSet-up is even faster than fastEmail collection -> ticket seems to be instant. No delay. Would love to know how this is done... But GREATUnless I've lost it (this is possible) it seems to be running 1.1RC2, but with some of the bugs removed?Anyway, very impressed.I do have a question, considering the above feedback - is it possible to import a self hosted environment into the paid hosting enviroment?Keep up the good work!

Not sure if it's possible, but I guess it is.I'd just get in contact with them and I'm sure they can answer ;)http://supportsystem.com/contact

Is it possible?  Probably... Is it free?  Probably not.  @[deleted] has of course pointed you in the right direction to find out.

I understand that you're impressed with the speed and setup of the hosted version of OS Ticket. It's great to hear that you're enjoying the experience so far. As for your question about importing a self-hosted environment into the paid hosting environment, here's what you can do:

  1. First, make sure you have a backup of your self-hosted OS Ticket environment. This will ensure that you have a copy of all your data and settings.
  2. Contact the support team of the paid hosting environment and inquire about their import process. They should be able to provide you with the necessary instructions and assistance.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by the support team to import your self-hosted environment into the paid hosting environment. This may involve transferring your backup files and configuring any necessary settings.
  4. Test the imported environment to ensure that everything is working correctly. Check if your tickets, email collection, and other features are functioning as expected.
  5. If you encounter any issues during the import process or while testing the environment, reach out to the support team for further assistance. They should be able to help you troubleshoot and resolve any problems.

Remember, it's always a good idea to have a backup of your data before making any major changes or transfers. This way, you can safeguard your information and minimize the risk of data loss.
