v1.9.12It seems our system is considering every reply to be an Internal Note and generating the Internal Note Auto-Response. This is causing an overwhelming amount of emails/notifications for our Agents. While it is useful for the whole Team to see Internal Notes and be notified of them, we do not want to be notified of literally every Reply/Message with Users, which is setup to go to the Assigned Agent only. Anyone else experiencing this? Any settings and/or known issues that may be causing this?Thanks!
