Whenever I try to edit the settings for organizations nothing happens.The link /scp/orgs.php?id=2#orgs/2/edit does not show an ajax window to modify settings. No errors, nothing.Weird. Other ajax windows appear and are fully functional.What I would like to do is assigning a user the permission to see all tickets for an organization. Help appreciated.BTW. Thanks for the tip. I just checked. There is no ticket regarding being unable to access the settings.

I'm still struggling with this. In the meantime I also installed 1.10rc2 and the same issue occurs. Whenever I select an organization in the organizations tab and try to click on the organizations name, the window with the configuration does not show. Clicking on Tickets does not list the tickets for the organization and clicking on Notes has no effect. Frustrating, because I would really like to use osTicket as Helpdesk solution for our company ...
