I need to know if there is a workaround that someone has or can come up with that would allow multiple users to have the same email if we could have an option to allow this for special cases just a setting that if checked would allow for multiple users to have the same email. Why I need it:I would like the user to be Machines that I have tied to the organization. this would allow the actual user to login with the username being the machine serial number etc... and the same password for all machines then each ticket will be linked with each individual machine since it is very common for customers to have more than one machine.
That's not really possible at this time.
Is this the current status of this question even within osTicket 1.14.x?
