We have Customers with fixed Support Periods was includes specified amount of times and rides of Workers to Customers.Exist or comes in Future any Way that Agents can by a Response add a Value for Time or also for Rides to Customer.Each Agent Answer must have this Option and we need a summary in each ticket to calculate right.We think that we can get than later the needed Values for our Calculations.Best RegardsGuido
