I tried to create an email  with a valid email address xxx.xxx@company.comand it won't let me go through.I've tried open an existing Agent, and click Save Changes. Still same error as well.prompt an error Valid email is required 

seems like your email domain could not be resolved properly, go to:Admin Menu, email settings, and try to  uncheck Verify Email Addresses: Verify email address domain

It sounds like @[deleted] is correct.

Hi all, I want to share with all of you that I had an issue with changing the domain controller (instead of old AD olddc.local we started to use newdc.local). We copied all users from the old to the new DC and their credentials, but we were not able to change their mails (we got a new mail domain) to the new ones (our goal was to have old tickets created by users, in the same place where are the "new ones" created by the "same user" from new AD/DC).
