I'm sure someone has probably posted this before but it would be really great to have permission based FAQ's as well as just the generic public, internal use. Example:  We currently use media wiki where we have client documentation on for our support clients.  Media wiki while great is a bit tedious in doing tables etc and osticket is very simple and easy to use.  We would like to implement something that lets clients view their own client documentation.  Obviously currently with OSTicket this would not be possible as the only choice is to make it either internal or public and we don't want the general public to view the documentation.  I would like to have a permission based faq available where you can set either organisations or specific users to view FAQs or knowledge base of course with internal staff having access also.  I understand this may not be simple to do but would be amazing.

Do you mean this?https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/2255

Something like that @[deleted] but for clients so we can restrict clients to be able to view certain faqs also and perhaps organisations.
