Good morning,I've searched through several topics on these forums and still can seem to figure out why this isn't working.I have osTicket v1.9.8.1 installed on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server with IIS 7.5. I have the LDAP Authentication and Lookup plugin installed and enabled. New users logging in for the first time can login with their Active Directory account just fine and osTicket automatically creates the account when they sign in. However, I do not get the auto-complete list with results from AD when trying to add a new user or agent manually. Also, each time I attempt to do so, the account I specified as the "Search User" in the LDAP osTicket plugin gets locked out. I am certain it is the correct password as I wrote the password into notepad, copied it, changed the password in AD by pasting it in and then pasted it into the "Password" field in the LDAP plugin.I've tried to configure the LDAP plugin per the steps listed by ntozier here: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//how-to-configure-the-ldap-authentication-and-lookup-plugin. I've tried using the domainname\username, domainname.com\username and even copying the account's distinguishedName from the attribute editor in AD and using the full DN as the plugin says to on the configuration page. None of them work and the account keeps getting locked out.I made sure it has the appropriate permissions as I duplicated another service account we have for a separate program that does LDAP lookups without issue.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This works in my installation.  Are you searching by email address/username?

I've tried both :( It's really quite strange considering all the experiences I've read in these forums.

10 days later
