I'd suggest to make create a ticket filter (Admin Panel > Manage > Ticket Filters) to block such emails.

Most auto responders set the subject line of the email to something like "out of office" look at the emails.  Use what your out of office message is and make a ticket filter.Your image doesn't convey that information.
