Hello People!I have done everything to reset the Ticket number.But it is still generating ramdom numbers!!!I have done all the sugestions in the Forum. All the SQL reset too.Version is 1.9

Go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets: Change: Default Ticket Number Sequence(You may need to clear your cache also).Also please upgrade. 1.9 is old. 1.9.8 was just released.Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting
