Hi everyone,I have two languages installed, but I cannot figure out how to set which language does faq category or item belongs to - is there such a possibility?Right now all the categories and articles I create in knowledge base are all shown doens't matter which language is chosen. So, when I change language on /kb/index.php - nothing changes except menu. Ideally, I need possibility to add translated content for each language...

Hi ntozier,Thank you for your answer.I haven't included php version, logs etc because my request was not connected to any kind of error I've seen. As for osTicket version - I've included it in tags - it's the last one v1.9.8.So, in this version, when you change language in knowledge base - there is no possibility to show content according to the current language, right?And this will be one of features in 1.10, right?
What you are describing is not a feature of 1.9.8. It is a feature in 1.10.
