file & file_chunk tables got emptied after copying osticket to new location!

Hi,I copied my osTicket installation to a new location recently and found that the images in email templates are missing. I again copied the table contents back and after some time it got deleted again! It looks like osTicket is deleting the table contents on its own. When you say copied to new location do you mean on the same server using the same db or a new server and a new db? I routinely move my copies to a new location every update... and have never had the problem that you have mentioned.
