Hello,I just customized the email templates but for some reason they are not being shown correctly in emails. For some reason, all links are being referred to the footer with a number, instead of being directly linked in the body of the email. Also, where can I find the text "--reply above this line --"  for translation? It's not in the standard translation file I downloaded.blank

Hello ntozier, Sorry about that, here's more info on my setup:osTicket version  v1.9.7 (4be5782)Web server: ApacheAll the PHP Extensions are checked. I'm using the  PHP Mail function for sending emails. I don't think there are any error logs to post, I'm not getting any errors. Just this email with all HTML stripped. I just noticed my template has a logo inserted and it's being removed in the email.EDIT: I just tried using the Emails -> Diagnostic option in the admin panel, with some images in the email and everything is stripped and replaced with this kind of placeholders I'm editing "Email Template Set / osTicket Default Template (HTML)"Chefkeks: Thanks a ton, I can't believe I couldn't find that!

For future reference, I found how to fix this. Somehow, I managed to not see this option in the control panel:Admin Panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Check "Enable rich text in ticket thread and autoresponse emails."
