Good day, When I use the print button for my ticket thread and notes the following message comes up in my search bar with a blank page (nothing is printing)http://www.drsmash.co.za/support/scp/tickets.php?id=5202&a=print&notes=1My default is set to print to PDF and I have a PDF creator installed on my pc.

I am on your latest version and I have tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer

Just checked here with Chrome and yes there is a blank page, but after 2 seconds the pdf showed in the browser. So I'd suggest to take a look at the web server / php error log and help us a little bit with posting some more info regarding your osTicket version:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//please-read-before-requesting-assistance#latest

Hi @[deleted],Thank you for the feedback. Please see screenshot of my installation information (versions) Server InformationosTicket Versionv1.9.6 (9adad36)Web Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.5.42PHP Version5.3.29and below is the error info from the error log.I hope this helps shed some light as I have tried Chrome and IE, and both does the same.Forgive me but I am not a programmer, I am learning as I go along - however from reading the error line from the log, my have a feeling I should upgrade my PHP - I am correct in saying so?" PHP Fatal error:  Unsupported operand types in /home/drsmashc/public_html/support/include/mpdf/config_fonts.php on line 307"

I would try upgrading PHP to 5.4 and see if that helps.  I have not seen that error before however. You might want to upgrade to 1.9.7 also.  There is no database upgrade component so its a quick and dirty upgrade.

Thanks @[deleted] - I will do the upgrade and let you know if it worked.

I think this crash was caused because you do not have the PHAR extension enabled for PHP. I've addressed the issue here. You can apply the patch manually or download the ZIP file from GitHub and unpack it if you would like to have it fixed before the next release. Thanks for reporting the issue.Cheers,Jared

Thank you Jared, I will try the PHAR extension as suggested, seeing that osTickets 1.9.7 made no difference.Kind regardsZanitè

Hi Jared,Thank you again for your advice on this matter.Unfortunately we are on a shared environment and my provider won't enable the "Phar" extension, so that's that.We will resort to copying and pasting the threads and notes into Word and then printing.Once again thank you.Kind regardsZanitè
