HiMy users create allot of tickets with their email misspelled. I found an old mod in the forums that forces the user to write the email twice to verify. Is there a way to do this in the latest version maybe using custom fields?
Nope. But if you make them use accounts... then they don't need to enter their email a second time, and they have to verify their address.
I would like the same function, it is indispensable.
is it possible with regex if we create another email variable?
True @[deleted] but I have too many users. I created accounts for the frequent ones, the others are the problem
