Hey All,Firstly thanks for creating this awesome ticket service, we are an IT Company and really low how simple and easy to use it is compared with others we have tried.We just have a small issue... I have created a POP Email Account that we send emails to which opens up tickets automatically. I just seems slow going out and fetching these emails from the mailbox.I have it set to check every 1 minute and delete from the server when it has them. It seems to still take a while or someone has to be logged into the Agent Panel for it to pull the emails.Is there a better email service which works better with OS Ticket? I can create a gmail account just for us to use...Any help will be grand.Thanks!J
