Dear OsTicket developers,I have some questions for you regarding the statistic dashboard.1) Where can I find some documentation about the meaning of statistics and the measure units adopted? (For example, I have a department with a red dot even if all the tickets are closed)2) I saw at the address http://www.sudobash.net/osticket-reports-6-0-osticket-release-1-7/ a sort of fork of the code to get improved statistics, and It seemed to work well. Why it is not adopted into the main code?I think that an important feature to help your excellent software to spread among business users is to provide a good statistic tool that can be used by head of IT department to proof to management that their people is not playing tetris all the time :-)Regards
