Dear OsTicket developers,I have some questions for you regarding the statistic dashboard.1) Where can I find some documentation about the meaning of statistics and the measure units adopted? (For example, I have a department with a red dot even if all the tickets are closed)2) I saw at the address http://www.sudobash.net/osticket-reports-6-0-osticket-release-1-7/ a sort of fork of the code to get improved statistics, and It seemed to work well. Why it is not adopted into the main code?I think that an important feature to help your excellent software to spread among business users is to provide a good statistic tool that can be used by head of IT department to proof to management that their people is not playing tetris all the time :-)Regards

Q: 1) Where can I find some documentation about the meaning of statistics and the measure units adopted?A: No where as there isn't any.Q: 2) I saw at the address http://www.sudobash.net/osticket-reports-6-0-osticket-release-1-7/ a sort of fork of the code to get improved statistics, and It seemed to work well. Why it is not adopted into the main code?A: It's not a fork, its a separate mod that he authored.  He has not submitted it to be part of the main code.  But I agree that its a lot better than whats built in.  I've talked to him about making it a plugin also.I also agree with you that reporting could come a long way in the core system.

Thank you Ntozier for your answer.Even if there isn't any documentation about the statistics, could you please be so kind to explain in short the meaining of colored bullets? Why I am having red bullets with no ticket overdue? What is the difference between green bullets and red bullets, big bullets and small bullets? What does it mean a service time of 0.5 ? It's half-day or half something else?RegardsRegards

I didn't code the dashboard.  So I have no idea why any of it is supposed to mean, because there is no, and never has been any documentation for it.
