Is it at all possible (I don't mind editing code) to remove the need to compulsorily comment on a ticket when assigning or department transferring?  I'm filtering all emailed tickets manually to the correct departments. It really doesn't need to be commented upon.It'll save me tapping in 5 random characters.

Thanks.. Maybe consider adding a checkbox somewhere in the admin panel to allow these comments to be required or optional?
